Your selections will act as a filter that helps you find recipes tailored just for you. For example, if you select “diabetic-friendly” as your diet, your recommendations will focus on recipes designed to help people with elevated blood sugar eat a diet rich in plants, heart-healthy fats, and fiber; moderate carbohydrate intake; and limit sodium, saturated fat and added sugar.
