When I go to the Browse button, I get the same old list every time, and it
says:

 

Found 456,787 recipes that meet your taste

 

I'd like to see a "Sort by Rating" button so that I can bring up 5-star
recipes.

 

I'd also like to see a "Randomize" button that re-orders me with a surprise
list.

Also, it would be nice to have an option to search for foods in order of how many people like them

I still can't believe this is not available. It is the most basic function that every amalgamation site has.
