Yummly allows you to save your personal ingredient Likes and Dislikes as well as your Dietary and Food Allergy preferences. You can also set your account so that when you are logged in on Yummly that these preferences restrict your FoodFinder searches.
Make sure you are logged in to your Yummly account
Select your Yummly member name from the top menu bar
Select "Taste Preferences" from the drop-down menu
Type in Ingredients you Like and Don't Like.
You'll start to type ingredients like "onions" and be given a list of ingredients to choose from
Enter as many or as few ingredients as you want, but the more you tell us about your Likes and Dislikes the better we'll be able to provide you with great results.
Select any dietary preferences.
Select any food allergies you want us to know about.
Finally, check the boxes that reflect your wishes:
Apply dietary restrictions in all FoodFinder searches
ex: If you selected "Vegan" above, we'll make sure that when you are logged in and search Yummly the recipes will reflect a Vegan diet.
Apply allergy restrictions in all FoodFinder searches
ex: If you selected "Dairy-Free" as a food allergy restriction, we''l make sure that when you are logged in and search Yummly the recipes will reflect a Dairy-free diet.
Apply dislikes in all FoodFinder searches
ex: If you said you dislike "seafood" and "broccoli" we'll make sure that when you search Yummly the recipes will exclude those that contain "seafood" and "broccoli"
